3. Contract + Permits. We sign a fixed-price contract. We file all permit paperwork with the local building authority.
4. Construction. We work to the schedule. Weekly photo updates. Any changes go through a written change order — never a surprise.
5. Final inspection + Walkthrough. Wisconsin state inspection, final walkthrough with you, handover of documentation, warranty activation.
